Sore Losers..

From todays Fiji Times:

THE interim regime has directed that no ministry, statutory body or corporate entity is to use the legal services of two top law firms.

In a circular dated yesterday and signed by Taina Tagicakibau, the permanent secretary for public service, public enterprise and public sector reform, the Public Service Commission said this was to "avoid conflicts of interest". The circular was addressed to all the permanent secretaries and heads of departments.

The law firms are Munro Leys and Howards.

This happened after Graham Leung of Howards challenged the legality of the Chief Prosecutor of the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption (FICAC), Grant Tyrrell, in court describing him as a ''legal stranger'' in Fiji's courts. I'm not sure about this but I think former Vice-President Rt.Joni Madraiwiwi is also with the Howards Law firm.

Munro Leys has Richard Naidu as one of the big bosses there. This is the same Richard Naidu the military tortured a few months back. They took him into the interior of Fiji, bashed him up and left him there. Richard was also told to find his way back to Suva.

The FICAC so called Chief Prosecutor was also told to stay away from court because he did not have the proper practising certificate.

Mr. Leung described Grant Tyrrell as a 'legal stranger' in Fiji because he had not satisfied the requirements to practise as a lawyer here.

Hahahahaha.....what a slap in the face for those idiotic morons, and what a bunch of sore losers.

Liar, Liar Pants on Fire..

"The interim administration will ensure all human rights abuse cases are investigated. All those who lodged complaints with the Fiji Human Rights Commission would be allowed a fair hearing. We take a proactive stand in all this." - Parmesh 'Bullshitting' Chand

LIAR.

This regime HAS NEVER and WILL NEVER investigate all human rights abuses because it condones it.

If you really do take a proactive stand Parmesh, then Mr.Taoi, Ms.Salabula and Mr.Young would never have been to QE barracks for questioning and in the case of Mr.Taoi & Mr.Young, physically assaulted.

The whole world knows that the cock-sucking bitch that leads the Human Rights Commission is a coup-apologist and will NEVER investigate a case of abuse by the military. She will just sweep it under the carpet like all the other cases (read: Verebasaga & Rabaka).
Why would people want to go and lodge cases with the FHRC when they will never be followed.

So dont lie to us Parmesh.

"If they lodge complaints we will make sure the cases are properly investigated"

BULLSHIT. You can fool some people some time but you cant fool ALL the people ALL the time Parmesh.

COWARDS...

That's what the Military really is. A bunch of COWARDS. Yavu tamata kawaca, yavu kaisi bokola.

Punching an old man doesn't make you a man...it makes you a kawaca. Is that how you respond to all criticism, through violence.

Leave the guns and lets battle it out hand to hand....man to man...fist against fist.

It's Cracking..

Slowly but surely the cracks are appearing.

"It's character assassination, defamation and lies, lies, lies and it's bothering us," - Col. Pita 'Qavokavoka Lala' Driti.

It's bothering them.....woohoo, hip hip HOORAY.

Best damn news I've heard today. Yes, it better be bothering you Driti. All of Fiji now know about all your concubines. I feel for your wife, who's stuck with you during this tough times.

A big VINAKA VAKALEVU to http://resistfrankscoup.blogspot.com/ for the daily updates. Keep it coming....... and we'll keep on distributing.

Another thing Driti, no matter how many officers you employ to track us down.... it will never EVER work. You cant find us. We're like the itch in your arse that just cant seem to go away. We're on you 24-hours 7-days a week. Too bad none of your so called IT experts can tell you that.

You're going down you bloody murderer.

Dear Parmesh,

The interim administration could end up accepting people with poor skills and ultimately compromise the level of professionalism required of such posts -
Parmesh Chand, PS to the Prime Ministers office.

This in reply to the 'smart sanctions' placed by Australia, New Zealand & the USA restricting travel on the people involved in the Dec 5th coup....including their families.

First of all Parmesh, you're already serving under an illegal PM who is, in your own words, a man "with poor skills" and doesnt have the "level of professionalism required of such posts".

Of course qualified people will think twice before taking up posts in various boards. They dont want to be banned from travelling overseas.

Your boss, cranky Franky, doesnt have the respect, professionalism & the integrity to hold that post. He masi polo his way to the post of Commander, embezzled the RFMF's Regimental funds with his master Epeli Ganilau, ordered the killings of the CRW soldiers, threaten the US Ambassador, etc....
What kind of PM threatens the US Ambassador?

How someone like Mr.$50 man can hold the post of Fijian Affairs beats me? No right-thinking Fijian respects him (except maybe his fart catcher Kini Rarubi). He didnt even get more than 5% of votes in the last election. He's bankrupt, a fraudster, a liar and a bankrupt idiot who cant even pay his debts to a well-known eatery. Oh! did I forget to mention that he also stole from the RFMF Regimental Funds....and that's a fact.

Then you appoint someone dodgy like Jim Ah Koy to head the FTIB.

Nasir Ali to lead the new Anti-Corruption Unit after he was fired from the Police Force for corruption... how pathetic is that.

Rajesh Singh, Anthony Gates, Poseci Bune, Epeli Nailatikau, Manu Korovulavula, .... need I say more Mr. Parmesh Chand?

So much for professionalism.

Coke Games...

To all the kids taking part in this weekends Coke games... I wish you all the best and may the best man/lady win.

To those who dont make it to the podium, remember that winning isnt everything.

Good Luck.

Why the aaahhhh..... change of Heart???

"If they want to stand then that's their choice because we won't stand between them". As far as we (RFMF) are concerned that's history and we need to move on." - Leweni.

This is response to the ousted SDL members seeking re-election in the next election (whenever that is).

Now if my memory serves me right, I'm dead certain that cranky Franky & his little lap dog Leweni clearly said after the Dec 5th debacle that no member of the SDL party will ever be allowed to stand for another election. Now, I cant find the link to that story but I'm sure some of you out there remembers.

Now, the big question is WHY the change of heart now?? What's with the turn around??

Is it because of a certain UN team in the country?? Is it something to do with the EU roadmap??

It's prudent for us to understand that we are undergoing certain changes that are supposed to take place before the elections." - Leweni.

Certain changes huh... changes like what, Immunity for you and all your cronies in the Interim Goverment. Immunity for the murderers of Nimilote Verebasaga & Sakiusa Rabaka. Immunity for those idiotic political whores the Shameem sisters. Is this the certain changes you talking about???

The military said its "clean-up" of the SDL Government last year was necessary to weed out corruption.

Now what would happen if the SDL Government came back into power. What are you going to do about it? Are you gonna overthrow it again??

Kubuna Confederacy..

All the hooplahs surrounding the rejection of the Presidents nominee has got me thinking;

Who else from Kubuna can take up the post of Vice-President??

What got me curious is why is it always someone from Bau? No disrespect to the people of Bau (I got some very close friends from there) but why?

First it was Rt. Jope Seniloli, then Rt. Joni Madraiwiwi and now the failed attempt in getting in Epeli Nailatikau. I know Bau is suppossedly the head of the Kubuna confederacy but why cant it be shared with other vanuas.

There is Rt. Timoci Vesikula from Verata, the Turaga Tui Nakelo, Turaga Tui Levuka, Turaga Na Takalai Gau, Turaga Tui Cautata, Marama Bale Na Radini Tui Waimaro or the Turaga Tui Navitilevu.

There is a lot of well-educated and respectable Chiefs from Nakelo, Verata & Lomaiviti.

Just my two-cents.

Whoweee...3 cheers for the BLV (GCC).

Hip Hip .... Hooray!!!

Hip Hip .... Hooray!!!

KAILA .... HOORAY!!!

What was Bainimarama, Ganilau, Naulukau & Mara thinking? Did they seriously think that they could still hoodwink the Bose Levu Vakaturaga (BLV)?

Before their meeting started yesterday, I was quite annoyed at Rt. Ovini Bokini when he called "on the chiefs to accept the President's nomination to ensure that the chiefs remain united".

That is not unity. That is not Democracy.

That is Dictatorship.

How bloody glad I was when I heard that the Kubuna & Burebasaga confederacies has rejected the Presidents nominee. I was even more happy - in fact it made my dull day bright - when I heard Ganilau's moaning & whingeging on the TV news.....hahahaha.

Welcome to the world of Democracy, you inbred fool.

And in todays news, Ganilau was quoted as saying that he along with his lapdog (cranky Franky) wont be attending the BLV meeting because of the rejection of the President's nominee and also "it is clear that members of the GCC do not recognise the interim government and it would be pointless to make presentations to the council on the progress of the interim regime."

Of course, they wont recognise you.

Who are you to tell the Chiefs what to do. You're not a chief....never has and never will. Same with your karua Naulukau. Know your place first kaisi bokola.

Now we hear that he wants to re-look at the membership of the BLV. (Hahahahaha....those grapes must really be sour).

To all those Turaga & Marama Bale who rejected the Presidents nominee:

Vinaka Vakalevu and may GOD Bless You All.

Qualifications..

Does anyone out there knows the qualifications our current Interim Ministers (IM) have that qualified them to hold ministerial posts??

After all, it was cranky Franky himself who said that "only the best qualified" will be picked as IM. So I'm obliged to ask;

What educational qualifications does Chaudry have to head one of the most important ministry in any government - the Finance Ministry. We all know he's a unionist, and that's about it.

Ganilau was a former commander of the RFMF who got the post only because of his late father and his marriage to one of the Maras. As for educational qualifications, it's anyones guess.

Naulukau is also married to one of the Maras. He was also a former RFMF commander. A former speaker of the house and a UN AIDS activists. Dont know what degree he's got.

Vayeshnoi is from the Valley. A former farmer and a wannabe unionist. Again, that's all we know about the guy.

Bune I know is suitably qualified. He has the experience and the relevant qualifications...so is Jone Navakamocea, Netani Sukanaivalu & the others.

Bernie Rounds-Ganilau is a colourful character. So colourful that journos often go off-topic asking her about her clothes, ear-rings, shoes....shying away from the real topics at hand.

If anyone out there knows or have an idea about each of the IM educational qualifications, please e-mail it to me: sam.gade@gmail.com

Vinaka.

Idiot of the Month

She must be one of the most moronic woman ever to have graced the political life of Fiji.

"WE RESIGNED"

This in reply to the suspension of the Fiji Human Rights Commission (FHRC) from the International Coordinating Committee of National Institution for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights (ICC).

She has even defended the commission’s role in the current political turmoil, saying the national human rights body was doing it best to quickly investigate complaints against the military.

It's been 5 months now Shameem and Fiji is still waiting. What has happened to Kenneth Zinck's complaint?? What about the families of Nimilote Verebasaga?? Sakiusa Rabaka?? Imraz Iqbal?? Laisa Digitaki?? Peter Waqavonovono?? Virisila Buadromo?? Jackie Koroi?? and countless others.

Hectic Schedule..

Bula again to each and everyone out there who's reading this blog. Sorry for the long 'hiatus' as I've been busy with so many family functions (weddings, funerals, birthdays, engagement parties, grog parties, 7s parties, etc).

First of all, I would like to congratulate the 7s boys in their marvellous victory in Adelaide. Vinaka vakalevu na qaravi tavo boys. Vakaukauwa me nodatou tale na IRB Series Title.

And we won the quarters & the semis by coming from behind... wananavu boys.
But my busy schedule is still not finished. We got a family 'soli' this weekend (more grog for me) and church service for the Tikina this Sunday. There's also a funeral gathering at my neighbours house so will have to help out in the lovo and mixing grog. He's my tauvu after all.
Was stoked to see our former minister of labour enjoying himself 2 weeks in a row. Good on you Zinck. By being there for the boys shows your loyal support and also gives them a boost in confidence.

Satendra Nandan

Well well well... words going around the bushes is that this so called academic is being touted as our beloved country's next Vice-President.

That could very explain why he called this coup "the lesser of two evils".

Folks, dont be surprised about his appointment.

Remember you heard it here first.

Wednesday, March 28, 2007

Oh!! The Irony..

Does it take two wrongs to make a right or one wrong and one right to make it right...??????

It's very very confusing...

Some of the words below are quoted from the Fiji Times.

In 2004 George Speight, Rt. Timoci Silatolu & Josefa Nata apologised and wanted to present a Matanigasau to Koila Nailatikau (Mara's daughter) but she downright rejected it because "she was still reeling from the death of her parents within three months of each other in 2004 and would not accept any apology."

Ok! I really feel for her and understand where she's coming from. Anyone of us in the same situations would have done the same.

She then said that "the culture of coups must be discouraged and that was why she refused to accept any political reconciliation."

She also labels the President Rt. Josefa Iloilo and then PM Laisenia Qarase as "principal beneficiaries of the coup".

Now, we're getting reports that she is in line along with her younger brother Ro Ului for the Vice-Presidents post. Doesnt that make her a principal beneficiary of the coup??

Now, hold up a second.........

If she really is against coups, then why did she not discouraged her husband from taking up the post of Interim Minister for Foreign Affairs. Why was she silent now and not speak out against the culture of coups?

Put Your Money Where Your Big-Mouth Is...

I was going through a fellow bloggers (Intelligentsiya) site today and this comment from an annonymous who was pro-coup caught my eye:

"What would hurt you guys more is a snap referendum today would clearly reveal that 82% of the population support the removal of the corrupt Qarase regime. By the way I'm a full blooded Fijian."

First of all, if you and your Sugar Daddies up at Delainabua were willing to put money where your big fat mouth is and have a referendum OR better yet a Democratic Election, will the whole of Fiji and the World see how much support you really have. Why in 2010 or beyond??? Why not NOW?

Secondly, who cares you're a full blooded Fijian. For all we know, you could be the child or relative of one of the current Illegal Interim Ministers or an Illegitimate bastard of Voreqe himself.

And in one of the dailies, a writer to the Editors column said that he "support the views of Dr Nadan that the December 2006 coup was the best coup we ever had."

"We, the silent majority, celebrated in our hearts that it was a necessity."

I get the feeling that this writer was a failed candidate in the last election and clearly using a pseudonym.
If they were really the silent majority, how come they didnt win the last elections??

Facts or Rumours..

I got this in my email last week. As the title says, it's up to you readers whether you believe it or not.
------------------------

For the good of Fiji and its people the interim PM should step down as proposed by the EPG Report. But we all know that he will not as he and others in his illegal regime know only too well what they're running away from.

The following are just some of those corrupt actions that deserve a "clean up" now reportedly underway.

1. The Military's opposition to having an audit carried out on its regiment fund may reveal how $5million was misappropriated to cover Voreqe's medical bills; to charter a plane to Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara's 90th birthday; and cover Adi Ateca Ganilau's trip to China.

2. How the President's signature was forged in a letter putting a stop to the inquiry into the military?

3. How in the hearing of a senior officer, Chaudhry and Bune gave the OK to Voreqe for the coup and that they will legalise it afterwards.

4. Voreqe approving the use of army quarters to Ratu Epeli Ganilau following the auction of his residence and of former President, Ratu Sir Penaia's house in Tamavua.

5. How Voreqe's wife had been allocated a military vehicle for personal use.

As the saying goes; what goes around comes around, so sooner or later the perpetrators will get their just rewards if not already.

News in Fiji is that soldiers and their families have been busy with funerals. Latest one is for the officer in charge of the round up of the Nakelo man who later died in military custody.

Another soldier who reported his church minister to the military over his sermon which raised criticism of the coup, later sought forgiveness from the minister but later died. This was after the minister was taken to the camp and when ordered to do the run around, refused and dared the soldiers to shoot him if they want. When released, the minister prophesised that a mishap would befall whoever reported him to the military.

Also there appears to be friction and clashes at the Camp where Voreqe and Pita Driti reportedly traded blows which prompted Voreqe's guards to join in resulting in a trip to hospital by Pita Driti. The quarrel was over Voreqe declining to return to Camp and not be PM as apparently part of the original military plan.

Matters are certainly falling apart when it is conceived with deceit, greed and fraudulent motives.

----------------------------

Well, if it is indeed true, then things are not lookins so rosy up in Delainabua.

Daily Post

I'd like to take this opportunity to publicly thank the Daily Post for printing on their fron-page the website addresses of all blogs that the military wants shut down.

If it wasnt for that, I would have never known about Intelligentsiya and the other bloggers out there.

To all you other freedom fighters, keep up the fight against this illegal regime.

Vice-President's Post

Rumour has it that the Military & the Interim Minister of Fijian Affairs has already approached someone close to them to take up the post. Someone they could manipulate, someone who agrees with 'everything' the military says.

The 1997 Constitution wasn't abrogated so it's still the law. It is also clear in the Constitution that the GCC nominates whoever should take up the post of President and Vice-President. And it is also common knowledge that their is an unwritten agreement between the various Chiefs that the post be rotated between the 3 confederacies - Kubuna, Tovata and Burebasaga.

Rt. Josefa Iloilo is from the Burebasaga confederacy and the post of VP should go to Kubuna, and that was why Rt. Joni Madraiwiwi held the post.

But, if the rumours are true, then we might see someone from the Tovata confederacy taking up this vacant post. This candidate who is a former military officer is the son of a former statesman.

I'm not going to name any names but Ro Ului knows who he is.

And who better to nominate him than his brother-in-law who is also the Interim Minister of Fijian Affairs, Epeli Ganilau.

Stay Tuned folks.

Retirement Age Policy

I just realised something.

Does the policy also cover the Ministers and Military officers or just Civil Servants??

I know for a fact that majority of the top honchos at Delainabua are over 55, so are they to be made reduntant as well.

Where's The Proof???

Months have passed and the Fiji public still hasn't seen an ounce of evidence to support the coup. We were told that the SDL government was corrupt, full of nepotism and taking the nation to the brink of economic downfall.

Ironic when the RFMF chose Chaudry to lead the Finance Ministry when he himself was guilty of nepotism in 1999. Poseci Bune swindle taxpayers money when he was Fiji's Ambassador to the UN to fund his election campaign in 1999. Epeli Ganilau abused the Military's Regimental Funds and covered it up by promoting his boy to the post of Commander.

Commander also used the Regimental funds to pay his overseas medical bills. He later stopped the Auditor-General from auditing this fund. Further prove to the fraud and corruption.

The Anti-Corruption unit is led by a corrupt officer who is merely a puppet of the Attorney-General.

We have some Interim Ministers who failed to get voted into parliament in the last democratic election.

We're being led by a someone who has never been to a warzone, some one who ran down cassava plantations fearing for his life, instead of standing firm and fighting. Now he's trying to be tough on civilians by brutally assaulting them, sexually molesting females and to top it off, the death of two innocent men.

Will we ever see those soldiers be trialed for the murder? Is the police capable of continuing their job without orders from Delainabua?

Then again, another military puppet has been given the top cop post.

To all freedom fighters out there, do NOT be feared by the intimidating tactics used by this cowardly soldiers.

Lets all stand up and be counted.

Down with Dictatorship!!
